A letter was written on 9-6-2016 to another firm in regards to having surgery on my shoulder. My shoulder was never injured and this ends up to be a very embarrassing situation for myself. Very difficult to get in contact with.
Knowledge: There is not a single lawyer out there that is as intelligent, knowledgeable, polished, professional and well spoken as Timothy Kolman. He will take the time to communicate with you. I value Timothy and his team and trust him. He is a good person and a fabulous lawyer. Timothy has represented me twice and both times we won. I just love working with him and the other lawyers in his office. All are helpful and do not like when someone is treated unfairly. They will fight your fight and will not tolerate any nonsense from employers or people that discriminate against innocent victims. I can't thank Timothy Kolman enough for his candid personality, his talent and expertise in what he does. He is a true artist when defending you and your case. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
I hired this firm to represent me. They are a contingency law firm and asked me for no money. They paid all costs and I was billed nothing. They only accept about 3% to 5% of cases coming in. My case was not a high yielding money case, however they took me as a client anyway. They did everything they could for the treatment and unjustifiable firing from a large hospital. Unfortunately, we were not able to get through summary judgement.
I appreciate Mr. Kolman as well as his associates for believing in me and having the courage that other firms didn't have to represent me against this big bully organization.
Sent me an email asking for my intake information. After filling out lengthy form with facts and personal info waited to hear back. After waiting a few days I contacted them to make sure they received my info. The intake person replied that they had and it was being assigned to a lawyer. That was a week ago and I have not heard from them.
They did everything they could, handled my case professionally and held nothing back. They knew it would be difficult to go against this large multimillion dollar establishment but they still attempted with vigorous fortitude. It was as if my case potentially was worth 7 figures rather than low 5 or high 4's.

My impression is it's a big firm that is not interested in smaller cases and they reaally don't care that they wasted your time.
